GHG Emissions Report | Carbon Footprint
We will calculate your Scope 1 - 3 emissions in line with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard.
Your Carbon Footprint Report is made up of the below scopes.
Scope 1: All Direct Emissions from the activities of an organisation or under their control.
Scope 2: Indirect Emissions from electricity purchased and used by the organisation.
Scope 3: All Other Indirect Emissions from activities of the organisation, occurring from sources that they do not own or control.

This is a mandatory annual requirement for around 12,000 UK organisations, designed to help increase awareness of energy costs and provide data to adopt energy efficient measures to reduce climate change.

Climate Change Agreement
Climate Change Agreements (CCAs) are voluntary agreements that allow eligible energy-intensive sectors to receive a reduction of up to 90% on Climate Change Levy (CCL) in return for committing to pre-determined energy efficiency targets.
CCAs are available for a wide range of industry sectors from major energy-intensive processes such as chemicals and paper to supermarkets and agricultural businesses such as intensive pig and poultry farming.
Manufacturers within the mineralogical and metallurgical sectors may be eligible for up to 100% relief.

Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme
ESOS is a mandatory energy assessment scheme for organisations in the UK that meet the qualification criteria.
Organisations must carry out audits of their energy use to identify cost-effective energy saving measures.
Who does it affect?

employs less than 250 people, but has an annual turnover in excess of 50 million euros (£40m)
-
and an annual balance sheet in excess of 43 million euros (£34m)
What is the next deadline for ESOS compliance?
The deadline for phase 3 is 5th December 2023.
